Fear is the driving force of the oppressive war propaganda, fear is used as a marketing tool, and is used to gain the acceptance and normalization of the NSA Surveillance State. Fear is finally omnipresent when one has become a slave, or is acting as a good citizen in a fascist state.

As James Risen has written in his new book, Pay Any Price: Greed, Power, and Endless War:
Fear is hard to question. It is central to the financial well-being of countless federal bureaucrats, contractors, subcontractors, analysts, and pundits. Fear generates funds.
The Intercept has an interview of James Risen by Glenn Greenwald, which I recommend to readers.

But when fear is a means to an end, and the goal of US policy is the fragmentation and destruction of other people’s societies,–even to the undoing of their culture;– then going past war’s previous destruction, to a new stage of chaos, is also a more corrupt and vicious kind of aggression. This is what has been done, and is still being done, to what remains of Iraq and Syria.

The US leadership, congressional and presidential, is implicated in a history that has continued for years. This is a process of subversion, carried out on the Dark Side, beyond public scrutiny, and abetted by cable and broadcast networks, with the falsification of events by these propaganda organs.

Libya’s society has been cast into the outer darkness, by nations whose leaders have expressed no remorse, and who have used the breakdown of authority in that land, as a cover, in order to move arsenals of weapons into the hands of real extremists, the same extremists to whom our hypocrite president refers, in public, as America’s sworn enemies. The former president of France, M. Sarkozy, one of the schemers behind this double war crime, first attacked Libya, and then covertly transfered the aggression toward Syria. He has only recently resumed his post as the leader of French conservatives, instead of being brought to justice for these crimes.

Turkish authorities continue to facilitate transfers of supplies to Islamic extremists, funneled like the arms the CIA previously smuggled out of Libya into this very dirty game; but it is nothing new. The United States has been busy training those religious extremists whose mission is to destroy a lawful government in Syria. The most terrible of the bogeymen, the multi-national ISIS, or ISIL, as Obama insists on calling it, has been receiving converts from the ranks of those the US trained, in Jordan, and has been armed from many sources, the Gulf States and Saudis, as well as by having weapons which the Americans have spread around.

The United States has a history of promoting state terror through proxy armies, using zealots and psychotics who are happy to do what they are inclined to do. From arming the Contras in Nicaragua, which was done illegally in the 1980s, we come to the latest craze of advancing sectarian, or religiously inspired terror, as Obama’s policy of lies and hysterical claims permits.

That’s why the police are denying that the van made a fourth stop at “a desolate intersection… surrounded by vacant lots”. That’s why the recordings between the driver of the van and headquarters haven’t been released. (“Whenever a police officer makes a stop he’s supposed to radio it in.”) That’s why the Police Commissioner has refused to answer questions about the video footage that was seized from grocery store owner Jung Hyun Hwang whose security camera was on when the police van made “a previously unknown stop” while Gray was still onboard.

The civil rights movement and its proponents have more or less established a class of house slaves, identical in function when slavery was legal. That is what any government official, including black police, are — they are house slaves. Race traitors. Black but white. Like Jewish police who helped the nazis herd other Jews into cattle cars. While it is true that black folk don’t half to sneak into a veteranarians office to have an infected tooth removed, and can actually see doctors these days, there are now more black slaves in prison dungeon plantations than on agricultural plantations before the American civil war.

The whole point of Obama — and other appointees — is an attempt to fool the blacks into thinking that there is “progress” for them. Or at the very least, keep them from reducing most urban areas to rubble for a few more years. The massa thought he could get a traitor house n!gger to keep the black folk slavin’ away for just a bit longer, but the black folk know better now. They know that this house slave class were the same people that sold them off to the whites once the whites established the slave trade in Africa.

The people being duped are the white regime loyalists, all of whom are obviously racist. The hard ones will make references to monkeys and make “go back to Africa” one liners. The soft ones, like we see in this threads commentary, will gleefully defend police, and speak of the house slave class as a sign of progress and equality. Meanwhile, they both love their “Made in USA” prison labor modern day lamp shades. They love their AFRICOM and multinationals gangraping Africa. They love wearing the skin of slave children on their bodies, made in Bangladesh, or whereever. Less than 5% of the population stealing 25% of the world, most of which ends up being turned into garabge.

BERLIN: The German intelligence service BND, which is accused of helping the United States spy on EU leaders and companies, had actually “deleted 12,000 requests” targeting European officials, according to Saturday’s edition of the Der Spiegel weekly.

The BND has come under fire after German media reported that it spied on officials from the French presidency, French foreign ministry and the European Commission from its Bavarian post Bad Aibling.

But the Spiegel said that in fact, a BND agent had in August 2013 sifted through requests made by the NSA to the BND, as part of the two agencies’ anti-terror cooperation agreement, and found 12,000 which he referred to his managers.

The requests related to “a certain number of senior officials from the French foreign service”, as well as members of “EU institutions and several European countries,” said Spiegel.

On Aug 14, 2013, the agent raised the issue with his manager, asking what should be done with these requests.

“Delete them,” he was told, according to the news weekly.

The daily Bild had reported on Monday that the German secret service had helped the NSA to spy since 2005 on EADS — which became Airbus — and Eurocopter, known today as Airbus Helicopters.

The German chancellor’s office has known since 2008 of US economic espionage targeting European companies such as Airbus but did not react, said Bild, citing intelligence agency documents.

The claims were compounded by further allegations on Wednesday that the eavesdropping also extended to the French presidency and the European Commission.

Peter McKelvie’s unabridged comment for the Guardian article Greville Janner affair: Children’s homes inquiry evidence ‘must be released’.

“For all the incredibly brave survivors who have come forward re Janner, they deserve at the very least an explanation as to why the Kirkwood inquiry wasn’t made public and they certainly deserve the right to know everything that was heard behind closed doors then

The whole of Parliament needs to make a public apology for the standing ovation given to Janner
It is simply not possible that the Attorney General, the DPP, the hierarchies of the main parties/security services,as well as very senior Police Officers at the time, did not know of what Janner stood accused
This pattern is now glaringly obvious in the cases of Smith, Brittan , Morrrison, to name but a few, and will soon be revealed to apply to further protected politicians right up to Prime Minister level.
It is quite remarkable that the new Chair of the Independent Inquiry in to Institutional and Organised CSA had to justify her credentials to the Chair of the HASC, and be cross examined, when that person would have known the severity of the allegations facing Janner, has been a longstanding friend and confidante of Janner, even leading a campaign to clear his friend’s name in the 90’s and he failed to declare a conflict of interests and stand down as soon as Janner’s home and offices were raided by Police in 2013.”

I saw up close how an establishment closed ranks over the Janner affair

    The Observer, 19 April 2015

A little over 24 years ago, as a young freelance journalist on the Independent on Sunday, I telephoned the Leicester office of Raymonds News Agency and arranged for a reporter to cover an imminent pre-trial hearing at the city’s magistrates court. It was the sort of mundane hearing that would not normally trouble the media. A few days before, in a Leicester pub, I had met a solicitor’s clerk, to whom I had been introduced by a source on a previous story. The clerk told me that at the hearing a former children’s home manager called Frank Beck, who stood charged of sexually abusing the children in his care, would claim the man responsible for the offences was actually Leicester West’s long-standing MP, Greville, now Lord, Janner.

Events played out exactly as I had been told they would. At the hearing’s conclusion, Beck shouted out his claims and was duly wrestled to the floor by the clerk of the court, before being taken back to the cells. Rumours about Janner that had circulated in the city for some years were now recorded by the journalist I had placed there and thus out in the public domain.

Last week, the director of public prosecutions, Alison Saunders, announced that the now 86-year-old Janner would not be facing any charges on the grounds that he was suffering from dementia and therefore unfit to stand trial. It required the CPS to add that “this decision does not mean or imply that… Janner is guilty of any offence”. In turn, Janner’s family issued their own statement praising the man’s “integrity” before adding: “He is entirely innocent of any wrongdoing.”

However, in an exceptionally rare move, the CPS went on to detail the exact charges Janner would have faced had he been deemed well enough: the 22 sex offences, alleged to have taken place from 1969 to 1988, involving nine children and young adults then cared for in children’s homes. These ranged from indecent assaults to buggery. What’s more, Saunders admitted Janner should have been charged in 1991 and that there were two further missed opportunities in 2002 and 2007 when the “evidential test was passed”, meaning there was a realistic prospect of conviction.

Saunders has now appointed a high court judge to investigate the failings, though, if he likes, I can tell him now what went wrong and spare him the trouble.

The establishment, in the shape of his fellow MPs, men such as Labour’s Keith Vaz, Tory David Ashby and the then Lib Dem MP now Lord Carlile, closed ranks. Janner was a barrister and MP, a man who campaigned for justice for the victims of the Holocaust. It simply couldn’t be true. That Frank Beck was eventually found guilty of horrendous abuse charges and sent to prison (where he later died of a heart attack) aided them. Clearly Beck had been trying to save his own skin. The possibility that Janner had also been guilty didn’t seem to occur to them.

Faced by stories of cover-ups around paedophiles such as MPs Cyril Smith and Thatcher’s henchman Peter Hayman, hindsight can make it tough to get a handle on how such conspiracies functioned. Who covered up for whom? Did everybody collude to do so? What was the mechanism? Sometimes, as we can with the Janner case, you simply have to play the tape forward.

All reporters have stories that get away from them. The Janner story is mine. At the pub meeting, I was given copies of letters from Janner to one of his alleged victims. Only if you had been told a backstory do those letters look incriminating. They make arrangements to meet in hotels, talk of “mutual understanding” and sign off with expressions of “love”. My expectation was that these letters would be tested in court alongside other evidence.

Getting Beck’s shouted accusation about Janner suited my purposes. Since it happened in open court it put something on the record that at some point could be used in a story. While the Beck case was ongoing it was all sub judice and nothing further about Janner could be reported. The MP was also bound by the Contempt of Court Act. The moment Beck was found guilty, however, Janner declared in the House of Commons that there was “not a shred of truth in any of the allegations”.

What happened next was crucial. There was a (failed) parliamentary attempt to change the Contempt of Court Act to protect people named during proceedings in the way Janner had been. During the debate, many MPs, including Ashby and Carlile, spoke up for him. Key was Vaz, MP for the neighbouring Leicestershire constituency, who clearly hadn’t been party to the rumours circulating in his home town. He said his dear friend had been the “victim of a cowardly and wicked attack”. That was it. The story was dead. The Independent on Sunday was not a paper to be cowed by pressure from above, but it was simpler than that. Clearly Janner was set up. I don’t even recall being taken off the story. It was just never spoken of again.

Today, Vaz is chair of the Commons home affairs select committee. He enjoys portraying himself as a champion of the voiceless, happy to castigate the Home Office over its handling of the current investigation into child abuse. Last week, I asked Vaz via Twitter whether he had anything to say about Janner, given the CPS announcement. He responded by blocking me. He later unblocked me but, at the time of writing, has still not commented.

The temptation is to demand a law change to stop something like this happening again, but the law is perfectly adequate. It’s the way it has been exercised – or not exercised – that is at issue. In 1991, Janner consulted solicitor David Napley and the barrister George Carman, both now deceased. According to a source with knowledge of that meeting, Carman was astounded, based on what Janner had told him, that he was not later charged.

Leicestershire police are baffled now, too, and are apparently investigating ways of challenging the CPS decision. They even released a statement from an alleged victim. “If he was an everyday person with a normal life and job, justice would [have] been served,” he said. Curiously, it echoes Janner’s comments in 1997 about a man spared a trial for Nazi war crimes because of his age. “I am sorry that he was not tried while he was fit enough to stand,” he said. “There was absolutely no reason why he should have escaped charges forever.”

How was this allowed to happen? Perhaps it was simply force of personality, which I saw at first hand. In May 1992, Janner invited me to tea. I was intrigued. I knew people who worked for him and had been asking pointed questions. He must have known this. If so, he gave no indication. He cheerfully poured the tea, handed round sandwiches and talked light politics. He didn’t give the impression of a man who feared the judicial system catching up with him. As of last week, it never will.

There are also connections between the American intelligence community and the brothers’ uncle, Ruslan Tsarni. In the 1990s, Tsarni headed the Congress of Chechen International Organizations, which was registered at the home of Graham Fuller, the former vice chairman of the National Intelligence Council at the CIA under President Reagan, and who was forced to resign because of his involvement in the Iran-Contra scandal. Tsarni was also once married to Fuller’s daughter.
Then there is the murder of Ibragim Todashev, a key witness and friend of Tamerlan, by the FBI after being detained for four hours in his Florida apartment. Several different, mutually contradictory media reports to the effect that Todashev was killed after he suddenly attacked the officers were exploded when it was revealed that Todashev was unarmed and had been shot three times in the back and once in the head. Even though the official autopsy completely contradicted the officer’s story, and despite the fact that the FBI agent in charge had a history of violence during his brief stint as an Oakland cop, no charges were ever filed.
Finally, there is the lockdown of the city of Boston carried out after the bombing. As the World Socialist Web Site explained at the time, the police-military occupation of a major metropolitan area, in the course of which military vehicles and helicopters patrolled the city while SWAT teams conducted warrantless house-to-house searches, was a “dress rehearsal for mass repression and the imposition of military rule.” This analysis has been completely confirmed in the past nine months alone, which have seen the deployment of paramilitary forces against protesters on two separate occasions, in Ferguson, Missouri last fall and in Baltimore, Maryland this past week.
If these burning questions are not raised in the course of the sentencing phase, the only really substantial portion of the trial given the defense’s admission of Dzhokhar’s involvement, it is precisely because of their politically explosive character. This is in spite of the fact that limits imposed by the judge on the defense’s ability to probe Tamerlan’s planning and execution of the attack, which would obviously raise serious questions about government complicity, no longer apply during the sentencing phase.

We’ve seen several photographs of the Malaysian Airlines MH17 cockpit remains on the ground in Eastern Ukraine. They show numerous 30mm entry & exit canon holes. These have been fobbed off by the propaganda media as ‘shrapnel’ damage from a BUK ground to air missile.

The consistent circularity and size corresponding to 30mm bullet holes, or the fact that they are concentrated on the cockpit doesn’t bother apologists who have an agenda to promote.

In a CNN report (see below) there is footage of Donbass militia looking at the newly fallen wreckage of MH17, some of it still on fire. The video was broadcast by CNN. As the images run past us a barely noticeable item is briefly in view of the camera:

A combatant spots something amongst the debris. He bends down to pick it up. What he has retrieved is a 30mm bullet that was in the fallen material.

The bullet is in view only for 3 seconds; from 1′ 36″ to 1′ 39″. And the way it was casually passed by the camera lens for so short a time indicates that the man who found it took it for granted that the plane was shot at by the trailing fighter jet(s).

This was within minutes of the shooting down, and before the mass media propaganda machine started its deception a few hours later about a rebel or Russian launched BUK missile. So the Donetsk combatant would not have known the significance of the 30mm canon bullet he was holding.

Previously, Global Research has published articles showing the bullet holes and witness evidence about the downing of MH17 [1], but so far as I am aware no video clips have been noticed showing the damning evidence of this 30mm bullet.

A quick search of Global Research [1] and any web search engine [2] will give numerous links to evidence and photographs of the bullet holes, as well as witnesses who saw the fighter jet(s). This, together with the flight route diverted directly over the battle area indicates a premeditated plan to bring the plane down.

As to whether air to air missiles were fired from the fighter jet(s) or a bomb had been planted in the plane, those could well have been additional factors. But we now know for certain that the plane was machine gunned by fighter jets. The bullet holes in the cockpit, and now this 30mm bullet in plain view proves it.

One is left to wonder, what kind of irrational psychopaths would order such a murderous act, what brain-dead automatons would carry it out, and what supine and servile corporate mainstream media would try to deflect attention from the perpetrators and blame other parties.

    Hon. Justice Lowell Goddard.

Independent Panel Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse,
    2 Marsham St,
    SW1P 4DF. 14th April 2015

    Dear Justice Goddard,

I am involved in investigating child sexual abuse linked to politicians at Westminster. This letter should be read in conjunction with the attachments listed below.

I became involved in the issue of child sexual abuse when the Jimmy Sa-vile story broke during 2012. I noted that the press had not linked Sa-vile to the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) which operated as a pressure group from 1974 – 1984. PIE sought to reduce the age of consent to five and it had significant support within Parliament and among Left wing political activists. It was affiliated to the National Council of Civil Liberties – NCCL – (Now called Liberty) when Harriet Harman (Deputy leader of the Labour Party), Patricia Hewitt (Former Secretary of State for Health {2005-2007} – Labour) and Jack Dromey (Labour front bench MP) were involved with the NCCL(1).

I ran an investigation into political corruption in the North West of England. During 1984 I was offered a copy of the PIE membership list. I was not in a position to purchase the list at that time but as “a taster” I was given the names of two people alleged to be on it. One was a senior Labour politician now sitting in the House of Lords, the second name was Jimmy Sa-vile. During 2012 I sought to bring the association between Sa-vile, senior politicians, and PIE into the mainstream media. This objective was secured during 2014(2) when extensive coverage appeared in the national press.

I have sought to secure the investigation of PIE by the Child Abuse Inquiry from the beginning. This proposal has been strenuously resisted by the Home Secretary and the Prime Minister. The reasons for this are clear. PIE was so deeply rooted in the realm of the social elite and the political establishment that it had extensive influence. To have these links fully examined now would lead to the exposure of many highly influential individuals as being either practising paedophiles or the promoters of paedophilia. It has to be remembered that Roy Jenkins (Home Secretary & the “Architect of the permissive society”) expressed support for PIE. The organisation also came close to having a private members bill to have the age of consent reduced to just five years of age introduced into Parliament. PIE was also linked to the security services. Some speculate that the security services used PIE to entrap, for the purposes of blackmail, people of influence. I believe that there is now sufficient circumstantial evidence in the public domain to support this assertion. I did write to David Cameron to ask him to bring forward legislation to bar the security services from using child sexual abuse as a tool of their trade as they did at the Kincora Boys School in Northern Ireland. Mr Cameron’s response was contemptuous.

I am still of the opinion that no Inquiry can get to the bottom of this issue if it does not investigate PIE.

On March 14th 2015 Theresa May was reported in The Daily Telegraph as saying “that the trail will lead into schools, hospitals, churches and youth clubs as well as ‘many other institutions that should have been places of safety but instead became the setting for the most appalling abuse’. She described revelations up to this point as ‘just the tip of the iceberg’ “. What Mrs May has failed to say is that the trail leads deep into the heart of the political and security service establishment. This is the fact that Mrs May and Mr Cameron, et al, seeks to bury and shield from public scrutiny.

It is a fact that the political Left were also instrumental in the promotion of paedophilia. Ms Harman, Ms Hewitt and Mr Dromey might not have openly promoted PIE but they gave it a veneer of social acceptability by allowing PIE to affiliate with the NCCL. None of them took the step of resigning in protest. They helped to create the political climate within which PIE could operate and paedophilia could flourish in this country. These are the harsh and brutal realities which these politicians are not yet capable of facing up to. Mr Milliband recently put forward Mr Dromey as a Labour Party spokesman on a Radio 4 item focused on child sexual abuse. This demonstrates a disturbing level of detachment from both the facts and the realities of the NCCL relationship with PIE. The political Left must be forced to acknowledge the part they played in the propagation of this evil within British society. PIE has to be subject to forensic examination if your Inquiry is to mean anything.

I have also campaigned for the Inquiry to be established as a Royal Commission. This proposal was put forward because it would ensure that once the Inquiry was established it would be beyond the control of the political executive which is riddled with corruption, graft and malpractice. The Inquiry would report directly to Parliament. It would also have the gravitas to ensure that the true importance of this issue is registered in the minds of the public. Again Mrs May and Mr Cameron sought to ignore this proposal and sabotage the establishment of any form of Judicial Inquiry. It is only after extreme pressure, and after the public exposure by the national media of two attempts to manipulate and corruptly establish non-judicial inquiries, that the current situation has been reached.

On January 25th of this year I wrote to my MP, Mr Ben Wallace. In that letter I stated that “I can now state that there is sufficient prima facie evidence to suggest that the Prime Minister, Mr Cameron, has acted corruptly in the matter of the proposed Inquiry into child sexual abuse. There is also evidence in the public domain which states that he has a personal relationship with Mr Derek Laud. There are allegations in the public domain that Mr Laud has been connected to paedophilia. I have spoken to sources connected to the security services who allege that Mr Laud was connected to the child brothel known as the Elm Guest House.” Mr Wallace failed to respond to the letter or address the content. The fact that Mr Laud is a friend of Mr & Mrs Cameron is a matter of public record, he attended their wedding. The question of Mr Laud’s alleged involvement in paedophilia has not been responded to. Until such time as a denial is issued I think it is reasonable to assume that the reports are credible. This then connects the Prime Minister directly with a man who is deeply involved in paedophilia. This could explain why Mr Cameron has been so obstructive when faced with demands for the issue of child abuse involving politicians to be properly investigated. It could also explain why his government is implementing policies which amount to the furthering of a pro-paedophile agenda. A copy of the letter is attached.

You will also find attached a copy of an email sent to Mr M. Rahman of the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The contents are self explanatory. I am now seeking to verify reports that Mrs May has been aware of the allegations concerning Sir Bernard since 2011. This poses the question why was Sir Bernard appointed to such a high profile position if these allegations were known about before he was appointed? Was the vetting deficient or is a process of reverse vetting in operation? Is it the case that anyone with a clean record is being locked out of high profile appointments? To rise to the top in the UK government machine do you now have to have a past that allows you to be “manipulated and blackmailed.”? There is now a situation where the Prime Minister is linked to a man alleged to be deeply involved in paedophilia. The Home Secretary has sought to corruptly manipulate the process of establishing an Inquiry into child sexual abuse and now seeks to curtail its remit so that it cannot effectively investigate the political links to paedophilia. The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police is now being openly accused in the national media of having suppressed previous child abuse investigations. I repeat what I have said above – the political executive is riddled with corruption, graft and malpractice. The issue of the links of mainstream political party’s to drugs money is something I have raised in previous correspondence with my MP – he failed to respond. I will bring forward further allegations, supported by documentary evidence, of corruption involving drugs and paedophilia before the end of April. The report will be sent directly to the DPP.

Many government files have either been shredded or ‘lost.’ The destruction of documentary evidence by the political executive and the BBC has been undertaken on an industrial scale since 2012. For this reason I have campaigned for the removal of the threat of prosecution under the official Secrets Act for any government employee who gives evidence to the Inquiry. There have been moves within Parliament in recent weeks to table an amendment to the Official Secrets Act to enable police officers and security service personnel to give evidence unfettered by the Act. This amendment was defeated by the government. Theresa May voted against it. This demonstrates her continued corrupt and duplicitous behaviour concerning this matter. Despite her public statements to the contrary her actions demonstrate that she is determined to subvert any inquiry into the political and security service connections to paedophilia. She seeks to shift the focus away from these connections and is prepared to act corruptly and dishonestly to do so.

On March 17th the Guardian reported that(3):“Conservatives have rejected suggestions that the law needs to be strengthened to protect police whistleblowers who fear they will be prosecuted under the Official Secrets Act for exposing a cover-up of a paedophile ring in the 1970s.

Damian Green, the former Home Office minister, said he believed the home secretary, Theresa May, had already given former police officers sufficient comfort by promising in the House of Commons they would not be prosecuted for revealing a cover-up.” If you examine the circumstances concerning the ‘letters of comfort’ given by the Blair government to Irish terrorists and the threat to now rescind them it becomes clear that nothing less than protection written into law will suffice to protect these people. I make the point again – the political executive is fundamentally corrupt and fundamentally dishonest. The Home Secretary’s words of assurance are worthless. The adage that ‘a verbal agreement is not worth the paper it is written on’ applies here with a vengeance.

In other correspondence attached to this letter I have raised the issue of individuals seeking to manipulate this issue for party political advantage. I have personally spoken with activists who have said to me “this is a class war.” Others have expressed their determination to use this issue to “bring down the Conservative party and the Monarchy.” These comments might seem like the verbal rants of a few extremists but I would caution against dismissing them so lightly. I recently published a series of reports focused on the on-line news agency, Exaro. This agency has been very active in the area of the allegations focused on child sexual abuse. A key director is Mr Timothy Pendry (The nephew of the Labour Peer, Lord Pendry) Mr Timothy Pendry states that his experience “has included senior communications advice in some of the most significant takeovers & mergers in British corporate history as well as an advisory role during the Russian Mass Privatisation programme. Since the mid-1990s, he has dealt with reputational issues arising out of private sector collateral damage during the ‘war on terror.’”Clearly Mr Pendry is no fool and cannot be considered to be from the lunatic fringe. On September 10, 2009 at 4:44 pm Mr Pendry wrote the following on an internet blog:

“Unfocused Groupthink (whoever you are) – politics is a cesspit on all sides. We have not had a Revolution since 1688. One is overdue and it should sweep away the whole political class which probably includes 85% of those anonymous persons who regularly comment on Guido Fawkes’ blog and earn their living giving ‘advice’ to ease the paths of special interests to policy or are ambitious for their scribbling to gain the approval of other self-referential scribblers in the dying print media (perhaps not you and many others but these political molluscs infest the damp back garden of our democracy, you cannot deny)”

I think that talk of “revolution” is irresponsible and demonstrates an adherence to an ideological agenda which is designed to subvert the national interest. Whilst I would agree with Mr Pendry that “politics is a cesspit on all sides” that is as far as our consensus goes. My objective is to exorcise the corruption from our political, economic and social institutions. I want reform and not revolution.

I have sought to engage in a dialogue with the Labour MP’s who have been campaigning on this issue but they have not responded. I have also sought to open a dialogue with Church of England representatives including The Bishop of Durham and The Archbishop of Canterbury. The impression I have is that the various motives of these people might be less than altruistic. I think there is a hidden agenda which is political and ideological. I would like to suggest that some of the protocols of the South African Truth & Reconciliation Commission be incorporated into the Inquiry. This would, I feel, enable these destructive elements to be neutralised and allow the moderates to prevail.

It is a fallacy to assume that paedophilia is a purely British problem. It is an issue which affects every country. For this reason I have suggested that any Inquiry should look at the international perspective of this issue. Britain is an outward looking country, we should not be narrow and parochial when examining this issue.

We have nothing in common and it is unlikely that we will ever meet but there is one thing we do have in common as far as the political and social elite in London are concerned – We are viewed as being the Oikes from the provinces. To them we are the unsophisticated, naive and parochial people who are looked down upon. Flattered and humoured – perhaps? But behind our backs we are viewed with contempt. We both know that this is far from the truth. You have power beyond that which Theresa May has sought to confer upon you. The government cannot afford to lose another Chair to this Inquiry. I repeat again that any Inquiry that does not forensically examine PIE is nothing other than a whitewash. If police officers are not released from the threat of prosecution, now or in the distant future, under the Official Secrets Act then you cannot get to the truth. If the security services are not opened up and their part in the use of paedophilia as a tool for manipulation and control of persons of influence is not brought into the daylight, then the Inquiry will not have got to the truth.

I would urge you to ferociously guard your independence. I would suggest that you should make a point of meeting with campaigners without the impediment of an entourage of officials from the Home Office, the security services or the police. Do not become a prisoner within a gilded cage.

I look forward to your response in due course.

    Yours sincerely,

    Michael .H. Murrin

“The Iraqi popular forces who shot down a US helicopter carrying weapons for the ISIL forces in Al-Baqdadi region released the photos of the shot down chopper through the Internet.

A group of Iraqi popular forces known as Al-Hashad Al-Shabi shot down the US Army helicopter that was carrying weapons for the ISIL in the western parts of Al-Baqdadi region in Al-Anbar province on Thursday.”

(but with GR disclaimer:There are no reports in the Western mainstream media pertaining to this issue.

This report is based on statements emanating from the Iraq parliament, with photographic evidence. We have not been in a position to corroborate this report by FARS News.)

Iraq’s army has shot down two British planes as they were carrying weapons for the ISIL terrorists in Al-Anbar province, a senior lawmaker disclosed on Monday.

“The Iraqi Parliament’s National Security and Defense Committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying weapons for the ISIL,” Head of the committee Hakem al-Zameli said, according to a Monday report of the Arabic-language information center of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq.
He said the Iraqi parliament has asked London for explanations in this regard.

A Vienna, Austria, court has ruled that Victoria Nuland (right), the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, attempted to pressure the President of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovich (left), into accepting Ukrainian association with the European Union (EU) by threatening Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash with arrest, extradition to the US, and imprisonment on allegations of bribery several years ago in India.
The details were exposed for the first time in public in a proceeding in the Landesgerichtsstrasse Regional Court last Thursday (April 30). Austrian judge Christoph Bauer was presiding on the application by the US Government for the extradition of Firtash. The transcript of the proceeding has not yet been issued publicly, nor the official text of the judge’s ruling from the bench.
Judge Bauer rejected extradition, ruling there had been improper political interference by the US Government in the Firtash case. This is a violation, according to Bauer’s judgement, of Article 4, section 3 of the US-Austria Extradition Treaty of 1998. “Extradition shall not be granted,” the proviso declares, “if the executive authority of the Requested State determines that the request was politically motivated.” Read the treaty in full here.
A New York Times reporter, David Herszenhorn (below, left), tweeted during the proceedings against Firtash (right, centre), and then published a report of what was translated for him from the German.

In the wake of the revelations in the Austrian court proceeding a record of part of what Nuland and Yanukovich discussed has surfaced. Tape-recordings of Nuland’s confidential remarks in Kiev have surfaced in the past and can be read here. The following content cannot be corroborated, and its accuracy should be treated with caution:
“NULAND: Mr President, we will have Firtash arrested unless you agree to sign the [EU] Association Agreement.
    YANUKOVICH: Okay, I’ll sign.
In the background, a telephone rings. Audible footsteps, mumbling, as Yanukovich excuses himself to take the call. In his absence, Nuland whispers to Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt.
NULAND: We got the guy by the [f…… b….], huh?
    PYATT: Way to go, Toria!

    (Separate telephone tape, in Russian)
YANUKOVICH: You’re off the hook, Dima. The АМЕРИКАНКА fell for it.
    FIRTASH: МОЛОДЕЦ! Mr President.”

According to Herszenhorn’s twitter feed, “True or not #Firtash lawyers have strung together fascinating narrative of his legal travails rising/falling based on US State Dept goals.”

The war and its results have turned Yemen back a hundred years, due to the destruction of infrastructure … especially in the provinces of Oden, Dhalea, and Taiz.

    — Izzedine al-Asbali, Yemeni Human Rights Minister

Yemen is devastated. There are no roads, water, or electricity. Nobody’s left but thieves.

    — a resident of Sanaa, Yemen

May 02, 2015 “Information Clearing House” – The Euro-American and Japanese ruling classes, as well as their collaborators in the Afro-Asian and Latin American countries, have accumulated vast profit. This has occurred through a complex stratified system re-concentrating the world’s wealth through: 1. The exploitation of labor in the First World (North America and Western Europe); 2. super-exploitation of labor in the Second World (China, ex-USSR); 3. dispossession of peasants, native communities and urban dwellers to grab resources, land and real estate in the Third World; and 4. wars of genocide against the poorest of the poor in the ‘Fourth World’. Besides all the forms of brutal exploitation and dispossession, which enrich the Euro-US ruling classes, by far the most sinister and threatening to humanity is the concerted worldwide effort to literally exterminate the poorest-of-the poor, the hundreds of millions of people no longer essential for the accumulation and concentration of imperial capital today.

This essay will begin by mapping the genocidal wars against ‘the wretched of the earth’, identifying the geography of genocide, the countries and subjects under attack, and the trajectory, which has been chosen and executed by the leaders of the Euro-American regimes.

Another report, published last month, said NHS hospitals had still not fully learned the lessons of the Savile sex abuse scandal.

It said Savile was given “endorsement from the very highest level of society” after then prime minister Margaret Thatcher appointed him in an official fundraising role at Stoke Mandeville Hospital where he raped or assaulted at least 63 patients, staff and visitors.

Savile was given open access to the Buckinghamshire hospital while volunteering as a porter from 1969, and despite claims about his horrific behaviour being widespread by the early 1970s senior staff were never told of his “wicked” crimes, many of them against desperately ill children.

Barrister Kate Lampard, whose review of Savile’s offending across NHS institutions made a series of recommendations, said the access he was given offered him the “opportunity to commit sexual abuses on a grand scale for nearly 50 years”.

However, what the “Spiegel” story fails to explain, is why an insurgent group kept the body of a man they killed – apparently a total stranger to them – in a refrigerator and how they came to realize later on who he was in the first place. When you’re dealing with dead enemies in a guerrilla warfare, let’s call it that way even if the terminology has fallen out of favour, you either leave the bodies where you killed them, or you bury them in shallow graves, but you definitely don’t put them on ice unless you have a good reason. Even more surprisingly, if you believe the German journalists, the men who killed Haji Bakr knew he was an ISIS “Sheikh”, but they only bothered searching his house after they allegedly learned his true identity. Again, one has to wonder what kind of armed group lets a potential goldmine of information rot away in a cold hut, perfectly knowing it’s the headquarters of an important enemy figure.

The German newspaper might have been well advised to use more caution with the story it was being told in relation to Haji Bakr’s death. There are still many unknowns surrounding his fate and presenting a few sheets of paper as a kind of “silver bullet” is a very tricky thing to do, especially in a place like Syria, where groups’ allegiances and alliances can change from one day to the next. Take the rebels that supposedly killed Haji Bakr for example, the “Syrian Martyrs’ Brigade”.

In what used to be their stronghold in North-Western Syria, they were more renowned for their control over the oil trade across the Turkish border than for their performances in the fight against Bashar al-Assad’s army. More exactly, they were a corrupt group whose leader was probably in cahoots with ISIS over lucrative smuggling and trafficking of all sorts. Formally part of the “Free Syrian Army”, this group had its personal interests more in mind than the well-being of the insurgency.

The “Syrian Martyrs’ Brigade” was finally defeated by the much more dedicated and appreciated “Jabhat al Nusra” in late 2014 and almost nobody in Northern Syria is shedding any crocodile tears over the their disappearance. That German “Der Spiegel” chose to contact this group in particular should already ring some alarm bells over the reliability of anything they may have come across. We shall get back to this part of the story later, but the inconsistencies in the storyline of “Der Spiegel” don’t stop there.

    Using an old journalistic trick

Haji Bakr, the dead man in the refrigerator, was an seasoned operative. He had survived internal purges under Saddam, had managed not to get killed by the US forces during and after “Operation Iraqi Freedom” and had stayed under the radar of all intelligence and police forces of the Maliki government in the years since. Also known as the “Lord of Shadows”, this man didn’t run around with his passport tuck in his front pocket and his identity had been carefully protected, as “Der Spiegel” admits as well in its article. He would have been difficult to recognize anyway, given that at the time of his death, his most recent pictures dated back to his days in US detention at Camp Buca, in 2006.

Soon after Haji Bakr’s killing however, the “Islamic State” released a statement acknowledging his death, with a recent picture of him. Why would they have done so, if there was some seriously compromising intelligence out there ? Did they want the “Syrian Martyr’s Brigade” to find the documents ? Or were there no documents of importance to be found in the first place ? While it is difficult to answer these questions, it is pretty safe to assume that an organisation as paranoid as ISIS would not have taken chances with the “blueprint for their Islamic State” falling into the wrong hands. One might even question the fact that Haji Bakr may have been so foolish as to keep documents that important in a tiny hut in Northern Syria.

Reading the carefully drafted article of “Der Spiegel” shows that the editors actually used an old journalistic trick to give their story more depth and complexity. In fact, they tell us first – in a big headline – that they found some compromising evidence that nobody else has seen before and that was only just recently brought to their attention by some friendly local who’s now scared to death about his discovery. The truth however, as it is explained in the article itself, is that the journalists wrote their piece combining both the alleged documents found in Haji Bakr’s rat-hole and a wealth of documents seized in another location and at a later date. Both these sources pieced together are what the article is based on. What “Der Spiegel” did was not exactly lying, just playing a bit on the edges on the truth, to make for a better read.

    Galicia Division against Ukraine
    Foreword to the Translation

With the onset of the Ukrainian crisis, I realized that I often looked forward to the work of certain journalists, who were both eloquent and informative. Oles Buzina was one of them. In addition to reading his columns, I, like millions of other Russians, watched his frequent appearances on political talk shows. I often found myself in disagreement, but had to admit that his points were well-argued and factually justified—a true sign of a charismatic erudite.

Thus, the news of his brazen murder on April 16 of this year, in broad daylight and outside his home, was particularly distressing. Later, I found out that Oles—a well-known author and historian, in addition to his journalistic career—had been receiving threats for quite some time. Yet he consistently turned down offers to relocate to Russia. Like a true patriot of a country in peril, he continued to love Ukraine. But Ukraine—today’s Ukraine—did not return that sentiment.

Saudis Using US-Supplied Cluster Bombs in Yemen
Neither US Nor Saudis Signed 2008 Ban on Cluster Munitions
by Jason Ditz, May 03, 2015

Human rights groups are complaining that there is growing evidence of Saudi warplanes dropping cluster bombs, provided to them by the United States on targets in Yemen’s northwest.

    Protester tells Channel 10:

I was in the Border Police and I’ve never seen stun grenades used at a protest. We’re Israelis. We’re Jews.

Even in the most tense and violent days of the social protests in 2011 and 2012, in nights when bank windows were broken and 90 people arrested, police did not use crowd control means generally reserved for the West Bank and Arab protesters. In late 2014, intense protests against discriminatory police violence took place in the northern Israeli town of Kafr Kana after Israeli police killed an Arab man while he was fleeing. Earlier this year, massive protests took place after police killed two unarmed Arab men in the southern city of Rahat. Joint List chairman MK Ayman Odeh was one of the only public figures to make the connection between the various struggles against police violence directed at specific racial or ethnic groups in Israel. Odeh said in a statement:

As a member of the Arab population, which suffers from racism and violence by the police it was only natural for me to join the protest by the Ethiopian population today in Tel Aviv. I promise to stand and struggle by their side until there is a more equal and just society here, in which there is no difference between black and white, man and woman, Jew and Arab.

As Russia and leaders from dozens of other countries prepare to celebrate Victory in Europe on May 9 in Moscow, the defeated scourge again threatens regional peace and stability – courtesy of US-installed and supported Ukrainian Nazi thugs.

They celebrated May 2 as Victory Day – the infamous year ago day when Kiev-unleashed Right Sector Nazi thugs murdered hundreds of anti-regime Odessans wanting to live free from the scourge of fascism.

City police did nothing while they shot, bludgeoned, strangled, hacked to death with axes, and threw defenseless victims from windows of Odessa’s Trade Union House building where they sought sanctuary in vain.

Right Sector thugs awaited them inside for a well-planned mass murder operation ordered by Kiev, OK’d by Washington.

Ukraine’s Nazi-controlled Svoboda party outrageously said the following:

“May 2, 2014 was a historic day for Odessa. Odessans bravely repulsed Kremlin gangs and their local leaders, thus protecting the city from the arrival of the ‘Russian world.’ ”

“This day was decisive in the months-long stand off between the members of Odessa Maidan and the anti-government and staunchly pro-Moscow Anti-Maidan.”

“It culminated in Ukrainian victory and the beginning of a new page in the history of the city.”

Svoboda proclaimed May 2 as a “day of victory over the Kremlin terrorists groups, the day of purification from the Kremlin infection.”

“This day is a proud page in the history of the city.”

Washington is in bed with some of the world’s most ruthless elements – including monarchal and other despots, Nazis, takfiri terrorists, and virtually any outlaw groups and individuals willing to do its dirty work.

US imperial ruthlessness menaces humanity worldwide. It assures endless wars, genocidal slaughter, mass destruction and unspeakable human misery.

It passes under the radar of a complicit media ignoring what demands daily headlines. Presstitution triumphs over legitimate journalism.

State-sponsored propaganda substitutes for reporting hard truths on issues mattering most.

Ukraine is in the eye of the storm. Irresponsible Russia bashing remains intense.

Last Thursday, State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf outrageously accused Moscow of “a lot of lip service…about its Minsk commitments but not a lot of action.”

Asked about the year ago Odessa massacre, she ducked explaining Kiev’s responsibility complicit with Washington.

She called the anniversary “important…not to lose sight of the bigger picture in Ukraine and that the fact that Russia’s ‘aggression’ has left more than 6,000 people dead and displaced at least a million more.”

It bears repeating what previous articles stressed. Russia is the continent’s leading peace and stability proponent.

America threatens world peace. It bears full responsibility for Ukrainian crisis conditions – for dirty war without mercy against Donbass civilians, for last May’s Odessa massacre murdering hundreds in cold blood.

Don’t expect any US official to explain. They’re complicit in the highest of high crimes.

Let’s look at Edward Snowden’s situation to see how one loses one’s freedom. Snowden is a man that knowingly sacrificed his own freedom to expose the corruption and criminality of our policy makers and their respective agencies. He is also a citizen that has been deemed a threat to national security. Why would a man who exposed the criminal enslavement of Americans and citizens around the world be deemed a terrorist rather than a hero?? Because he is a threat to the power and control and really the entire system of those who can now legally classify him as a threat, removing his right to due process.

In effect, these political criminals can now legally lock away any prosecutor at will. This is a gross conflict of interest and the hero that exposed this conflict of interest is now a victim of it. Edward Snowden not only informed America, he recognized that he would be the first example so that Americans would see, first hand, the sort of corruption that has infected our system. I can only infer he made himself known because he believed seeing it actually happen would get Americans to rise up and correct the moral transgression. And what did we the people do in response to Snowden’s incredibly brave and patriotic action? Absolutely nothing!!!

And so the Fed is also to blame for a whole generation of spoiled Millennials. But the punchline: “Millionaires feel stuck on a treadmill they can’t get off…” The reason:

Though two-thirds of millionaires say achieving financial security is the whole point of working to build wealth, only the very wealthy (those with $5 million or more) feel they have enough to be secure. Half of millionaires with less than $5 million—and 63% of those working with children at home—believe that one wrong move, such as a job loss or market crash, would have a major impact on their lifestyle. For individuals with at least $5 million, only 34% feel they couldn’t withstand a setback.

So, however much money they have, enough is never enough.

And the ones who only have 2 million are always feeling the need to have 5 million, and when they have 5, they still really need ten.

And so it is, all around the world, for that kind of person. And there are millions and millions of them.

And the only way they can get wealthier, is at the expense of other, poorer people, whom they exploit and rob. And by the destruction of nature and the pollution of the planet. Because, at the base of all wealth, are natural resources, that’s were it all comes from.

There’s a portion, I don’t know what percentage, that would be quite satisfied just to have a roof, some chickens and vegetables, good neighbours, a few parties now and then, and to live simply, and that would be enough, especially if it meant that humans and other species could survive in the longer term.

But that’s not what the elite want. They want to extract the maximum possible from the base that they control, whether it’s labour, rent, fish, wood, minerals, whatever, so that they can convert it into POWER, that they can wield and demonstrate, on the world stage, to threaten their rivals and to loot and pillage and expand their empires.

So, we are locked into that insanity, which destroys everything, and ruins the world, for everyone.

    Washington Scrambles to Sabotage
With the explosion of trans-national Eurasian economic linkages, rail and pipeline, Washington has realized it must react if they are not to be outflanked by the states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization: Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan. Not only that, also in Jan 2015 Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia launched their Eurasian Economic Union with Kyrgyzstan planning to join. That’s the same economic union which Ukraine’s democratically-elected President Viktor Yanukovich opted to join rather than accept the paltry proposal of an EU Associate Membership status. Washington’s Asst Sec State Viktoria Nuland and the usual gaggle of neoconservative warhawks launched the Maidan Square Twitter protests and the Feb 2014 coup d’etat partly to block that Ukraine move. So it’s worth noting that in late Mar 2015, the Kyrgyz newspaper Delo No reported that a mysterious Ukrainian aircraft delivered 150 tons of cargo with the status of “diplomatic mail” to the Pindo Embassy in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek late last month. The status diplomatic mail meant it could not be inspected by Kyrgyz customs police. Apparently the Pindo Embassy staff in Bishkek are furious letter writers.

The paper reported that the cargo was delivered during two separate flights by an AN-124 transport jet of the Ukrainian air carrier Antonov Avialinii between Mar 28 and Mar 30, and each time the plane was en route from the UAE capital Abu Dhabi to the Manas international airport. Hmmm. It’s worth noting that in Nov 2013, the Pindo Embassy in Kiev also received “diplomatic cargos” that were delivered by USAF transport aircraft. Former Ukrainian Security Service chief Alexander Yakimenko was quoted by Russia’s Vesti.ru news network as saying that the Kiev cargos included boxes with $60m in small bills that were distributed to protesters at Kiev’s Maidan Square during anti-government riots in late 2013: Victoria Nuland’s idea of democracy. Until Apr 2014 the Pindo Government had maintained a strategic airbase at Manas in Kyrgyzstan totally immune from Kyrgyz inspection. Reports were rampant at the time that Pindo military cargo laden with Afghan heroin landed there en route to Russia and the EU.

As Mike noted previously, the situation in Baltimore is very serious and all Americans should be paying very close attention; but Baltimore is just a Microcosm of America.

Baltimore, Maryland is in many ways the perfect microcosm for these United States of America. If you still don’t get that, you’ll be in for a rude awakening in the years ahead.

A gradual erosion of the Constitution and the civil rights of the citizenry, the abuse of power by people in authority, perverse financial incentives that lead to horrible outcomes, zero accountability, and a ubiquitous surveillance state apparatus; Baltimore has it all. Yet all of these troubling traits have also come to characterize early 21st century America.

As tends to be the case, the populations that have been victimized the longest and most systemically — in Baltimore and across the U.S. — are the poor, weak and disenfranchised. Like a cancer, corruption, theft, and blatant abuse of the citizenry by the powerful will spread and spread until it consumes everything unless the tumor is removed. It has now spread so deeply and so dangerously throughout American life, the general public will soon have no choice but to confront it and do something about it, or face a total extinction of opportunity and suffer the same desperate fate as the people out in the streets of Baltimore.
